The Panchneeti School of Political Consulting & Public Policy is excited to announce its prestigious Fellowship, pioneering two-month online internship program designed to nurture the next generation of political consultants, election managers, and public policy professionals. This fellowship is a practical platform for aspiring changemakers, blending hands-on experience, academic learning, and mentorship to empower fellows to contribute meaningfully to the democratic process.
Program Structure and Timing
The Fellowship is structured as a two-month intensive internship, offered twice a year to maximise participation and impact.
- •First Cycle: June 15 – 10th August
- •Second Cycle: January – February
This flexible scheduling allows students and young professionals to integrate the fellowship into their academic or work calendars, ensuring a diverse and dynamic cohort each time.
Key Components of the Fellowship
Live Political Consulting:
Fellows will work alongside seasoned professionals on current political campaigns-developing strategies, conducting research, and crafting communications that influence public opinion and voter behaviour.
Election Management:
Participants will engage in the planning, execution, and analysis of electoral processes. They will learn about electoral systems, stakeholder management, and the logistics of running effective campaigns, gaining insights into how democratic exercises are conducted at the grassroots level.
Public Policy Exposure:
The fellowship includes active involvement in public policy research and advocacy. Fellows will help design and evaluate policy proposals, learning how to translate data and research into actionable recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders.
12-Hour Certificate Course in Political Consulting & Election Management
A core feature of the Fellowship is a comprehensive 12-hour certificate course, delivered online, covering the essentials of political consulting and election management. The curriculum is designed to equip fellows with:

- •Knowledge of electoral systems, integrity, and stakeholder engagement
- •Practical tools for digital marketing and constituency management
